Returns & refunds

We are sure you will be delighted with the quality of the items you order and we endeavour to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you’re not happy with the item you receive, please contact us at team@whitehavenhome.com.au within 7 days of receipt  to discuss an exchange or refund*.

(NO returns, refunds or exchanges for change of  mind, on Sale items or promotional sales)

However please choose your items carefully  as you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Returned  items must be in unused, brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. As Whitehaven&home is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail or courier. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.

Goods Damaged in Transit.

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and do not sign for any item that appears damaged. Contact us immediately and if possible, send a photo of the damaged item so that we can provide evidence make arrangements for a replacement.
